Return Process

  Ensure the drum, tote, or accessory is clean, empty, and securely packaged in its original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger bulk containers.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
